Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Macelleria East Side Butchery. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

  1. All Sales are Final:
  • Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including but not limited to meat, poultry, and other perishable goods.
  1. Event Ticket Sales:
  • Tickets purchased for events organized or hosted by Macelleria East Side Butchery are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by Macelleria East Side Butchery, ticket holders will be notified, and appropriate arrangements will be made.
  1. Refunds:
  • Refunds will only be issued if Macelleria LLC is unable to provide the purchased product or event as sold.
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • We take pride in providing top-quality products. In the rare instance where the received product does not meet our quality standards or if you have concerns about its freshness, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. 
  1. Subscriptions
  • East-Side Butchery Box Subscriptions are recurring monthly subscriptions. You will be auto-charged on a recurring monthly basis.
  •  Deliveries are made on the First or Third Tuesday/Wednesday of each month, whichever is next from the start date of your subscription. You will then be on that monthly rotation going forward.
  • Deliveries are made on Tuesdays or Wednesdays depending on product and staff availability. We will notify you prior to your scheduled delivery.
  • If you choose to pick up your subscription box each month, please select “Local Pickup” in the Shipping section. Your box will be available for pickup at 2474 E. Main St.
    Bexley, Ohio 43209 on the First or Third Thursday of each month, whichever is next from the start/payment date of your subscription.
  1. Exceptions:
  • In rare cases where an exception may be considered, any such decision is at the sole discretion of Macelleria East Side Butchery.
  1. Changes to the Policy:
  • Macelleria East Side Butchery reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
